There are so many choices for paint, texture, color, style, carpet. Maybe if I just sit on top of the whole pile and take a short nap, it will all come to me. Or I will just look cute and daddy will take a picture of me...

Well, my house finally sold July 28, 2007. Since then, we have been looking for a new place to move to and start fresh with a house together. Also, the task of preparing Christie's house for sale began. Not a lot to do really. Nothing like getting mine ready. She has taken great care of it over the last several years and made sure things stayed updated and clean. I do need to paint the eaves and pressure wash the deck, stain and reseal. A couple minor cosmetic things around some windows and it will be all set. We had a realtor come and give us some pointers on Thursday. Overall, very little to take care of on the inside too. We are praying for a quick sell. The average time on market over the last 6 months in this neighborhood has only been 17 days.
We went under contract on our new home purchase this morning. As long as the inspection goes through with no major issues, the following pictures are of our future home. We plan on doing some work on the inside before moving in while the old house is still on the market. All new carpet, fresh paint in some of the rooms. Basic removal of the early 90's styling...
